The Russell & Smith Honda service department is proud of its state-of-the-art facility. This allows us to get you back on the road even faster with genuine Honda service.

Our customer center includes a reading area, children’s play room, and a TV area, all separate.

Most of our Honda technicians and service writers are factory trained and certified.

Our service department offers a free one way courtesy shuttle service within 10 miles of the dealership, including the Medical Center and areas of Downtown.

You can also make a service appointment online 24 hours a day, schedule an appointment and choose a time that is convenient for you.

The Russell & Smith Honda service department also benefits from our parts facility, the second largest in North America. This means we are more likely than anyone one else in Houston to have the parts on hand to get your Honda vehicle back on the road faster
