Trims

The base model LX is impressively packed with such features as LED headlights with auto on and off, dual-zone automatic climate control, and multi-angle rearview camera. The Sport model upgrades the LX with an optional 6-speed manual transmission, leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual chrome exhaust finishers, and an 8-inch information display.

The EX model further boosts the luxury finishes with heated front seats and side mirrors, and a one-touch power moonroof. Its EX-L sibling offers Honda HomeLink Remote System, a premium audio system, and leather seats. The top Accord model is the Touring, with amenities typically found on much pricier luxury autos. Choose this model for ventilated front seats and heated seats in the back row.

Performance

Said plainly, the 2019 Accord is a true pleasure to drive. The steering is precise, the accelerator has just the right amount of sensitivity, and the cabin ergonomics locate every control with precise consideration. The low, wide body, longer wheelbase, and swept-back look give the Accord a powerful, athletic presence.

The engine is a 192-horsepower, 1.5-liter turbo-four with the optional upgrade to a more powerful 252-horsepower, 2.0-liter turbo-four. The available hybrid powertrain provides a combined output of 212 horsepower.

The LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, and Touring trims are offered with the standard 1.5-liter turbo-four. The 2.0-liter turbo-four engine is offered in the Sport, EX-L, and Touring trims while the hybrid powertrain is sold in the base Hybrid, EX Hybrid, EX-L Hybrid, and Touring Hybrid trims.

Comfort

There is nothing quite like the quiet you’ll experience when you close the door of the Accord, thanks to the available active noise cancellation feature. The elegantly displayed controls and soft-touch trim create an upscale user experience. Choose powered adjustable heated and ventilated leather seats for an exquisite experience each time you get behind the wheel.

Interior comfort considerations extend to the back seat with generous legroom, a wide armrest, and the versatile 60/40 split fold-down rear seat configuration.

Safety

Each Accord is equipped with the advanced Honda Sensing suite of safety and driver-assist technologies. Features like the collision-mitigation braking system and traffic sign recognition equip the driver with additional support and help to prevent accidents. Blind-spot sensors in the side mirrors alert you to approaching vehicles or obstructions.

The Honda Accord has consistently held the top spot in annual rankings for good reason. Each iteration of this mid-size sedan over the past 30 years has revealed consideration for the most up-to-date advances, a dogged attention to design, and a commitment to performance and fuel economy. See what people are talking about when you test drive the 2019 Honda Accord.
